Hello again :) I can not express how much i love these bracelets. Have recently received some for Christmas and Birthday and brought some myself. All are fantastic and so pretty in completely different ways.

I can honestly say my experience buying a bracelet from here was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
I messaged Silvero on Facebook before placing my order to check they could make a stretch bracelet for my gran’s 90th birthday in a size small enough to fit her super dainty wrists. I had a really helpful response literally within minutes, stating that they could in fact personalise the size of the bracelet so I placed my order. A few hours later, I had a message from Silvero to say that not only had they already made the bracelet to fit my Gran especially, they had despatched it that same afternoon and also included an extra (equally as gorgeous) bracelet for free, in the same size as they understood how hard it is to find such small bracelets!
Given the current Covid times, I’m unfortunately not allowed to visit my Gran at her care home on her birthday, but I know she’ll absolutely love the two bracelets (which have also come really nicely gift wrapped).
