Return / Refund / Repairs

At Silvero providing the highest quality products and service is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, it is possible to return it. We require that these items are returned UNUSED with no visible signs of wearing and IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, within 28 days from the day of dispatch. If this criteria is met, we will happily exchange the product or provide a refund.

Refunds will be processed according to the method of payment you selected for your order. 

Warranty and repairs

Even though at Silvero we try to ensure the highest quality of our products, it is possible that some items may arrive damaged. We accept full responsibility for any broken item that can be considered a manufacturing fault. We will happily provide a refund, replacement or exchange. Jewellery is delicate and may need repairing from time to time. Sometimes a stone may fall out due to a material defect. All damaged returns will be subject to an inspection by Silvero team, as we are not responsible for damage caused by accident or incautious treatment. If the item cannot be repaired we will offer a replacement at a discounted purchase price. Products received damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost with free shipping, if we are informed of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.

Regrettably, delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded. Any items returned that arrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited. 

Products and prices

We try to make sure all the information on our site is accurate, however we sometimes make mistakes. All our product images, dimensions, weights, descriptions and photographs are approximate and may vary from one item to the other. You should not rely on these product specifications, and we will not be held liable for any incorrect information.

If we find out that any products have incorrect information, including prices, due to typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
