From ordering the customer service was excellent. When they realised I was buying as a gift they emailed me to ask if I wanted to add a message with the gift. When the parcel was unsuccessfully delivered they also let me know and directed me on how to get it re delivered. The person I bought the bracelet for absolutely loved it. I'm very happy about everything.
